the doctor is very kind!! I made an appointment with him because I searched Google for a doctor and someone who speaks and understands Spanish and when I arrived at the appointment I found out that he didn't!! He is a very good doctor but sometimes it is difficult to be at an appointment and have someone on the phone translating, I think it was difficult for him and me!!! but he is a very good doctor but I would like them to have someone. in person to translate !!! I give it 5 stars ⭐️ for the doctor I felt at the time that he did not feel comfortable having someone translate over the phone and then also because I constantly go to different doctors because my job is to walk from one place to another I do not have hours of exit and then I went to clinics where they treat you without an appointment and he also told me that that is wrong why do you go with one or the other

Arguments about the doctors schedule at the front desk were patients can hear

I am actually from Nebraska and we moved here to Illinois and I feel blessed that I found Dr.Aguiar as my obgyne.He is very prompt and has a good bedside manner.He does not rush me.So far I am well taken care off.

I saw him once and did not want to see him ever again. Front desk said there’s a chance he might be the one on-call when I go into labor. So I am switching to a different group for that reason. He wasn’t warm nor professional. He asked questions about my medical history and when I answered, he made a face like he was a 10 year old boy. I’ve seen many male doctors in the past and he’s the only doctor that ever made me feel super uncomfortable. Luckily I had my husband with me. Definitely avoid seeing him.

There is nothing glaringly egregious about how Dr. Aguiar conducts himself, but he has no bedside manner and shows a genuine lack of compassion when addressing his patients. His approach is overly clinical. I understand that he's an MD, but it doesn't excuse you from treating your patients without empathy. It's jarring to see his demeanor when I've had positive experiences with every other Dr. and Nurse Practitioner in the practice. Any time I would go in to see him for an appointment, I felt like he was rushing to get me out of the door. He filled out my medical exemption paperwork incorrectly. When I brought it to his attention, he questioned me and why I needed it in a way that made me feel invalidated and it made me less comfortable asking him for medical advice. I would hope that most doctors speaking with first-time mothers would want to avoid making their patients feel that way, especially if their job is to make pregnancy and delivery as safe as possible for mother and baby.

Going into this biopsy appointment, I was extremely nervous. Dr. Aguiar was very understanding and helpful at points where I would be experiencing pain. He answered questions I didn't even know I had! I felt very relieved coming out of the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Aguiar!

I had not met him before my procedure and I was very anxious about it. He explained beforehand what he was going to do and what I would feel. I felt he was really concerned about my anxiety and tried to put me at ease as much as possible. His nurse even came in to hold my hand, fan my face and talk me thru it. Definitely a caring doctor and office staff!!!!!

He is very informative and cares a lot. He delivered my baby in December and was absolutely amazing during that process. Only giving 4 stars because he’s in a group with other doctors and there’s other doctors that aren’t so great.

Dr Aguilar is a good doctor he examine my cervic well I think I am in good hands with the said doctor .
