I have 4 kids and they have gone to Dr. Jones for years! Oldest is 19 and youngest is 10. He does great work and the best part is that my kids LOVE him and everyone who works here. I highly recommend Dr. Dave!

Do NOT take your kids to this office. Dr Dave nicked a blood vessel in my son's cheek causing huge swelling and when I asked to talk to the doctor about why this happened. The nurse said he would not talk to me that I could only talk to the 'office manager'. I refused and said, "did the office manager cause the damage on my son's cheek?' No? Ok, I want to talk to the person that did?' Which of course, was Dr Dave. He never talked to me. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism.

My children have been patients of Dr. Jones for the past 10 years and he has been wonderful! Very personable (remembers you by name and important events in your child's life). My youngest son also has ASD and Dr. Jones and his staff have made each visit to the dentist a pleasurable experience. Would highly recommend!!!

I was pretty impressed with this place until it came down to billing. I paid in full upfront, then a month later received a bill in the mail (which I was confused about but paid in full).. only to be called three months after that to be told I owed even more, because the insurance company hadn't paid them the full amount they wanted. Basically they were balance billing me but claimed to be in their right as a private practice. Patients are not important to this practice. Money is.
