Dr. Vanessa is a highly skilled mohs surgeon. She not only successfully removed malignant cells, but closed the incision so well it is now invisible. Following surgery, Dr. Vanessa called and made sure I had her contact numbers should I need her. Dr. Vanessa’s surgical skills and compassion for her patients make her a top notch doctor and a very special person.

I had Mohs surgery done for a Basel cell. She is very good at what she does. The outcome was good with just a little scar.

I felt very well cared for and attended to by the staff. Dr Lichon is an excellent and skillful care-provider and kept me informed of the procedure and follow-up. Her assistant Nancy was very thorough and helped me immensely. I am really pleased with the initial surgical procedure and Dr. Lichon's phone call later in the day to see how i as doing. The information prior to the surgery proved to be accurate and helpful in planning for the morning. I highly recommend the services at Premier Dermatology.

I was referred to "Doctor Vanessa" by my dermatologist, after a biopsy indicated the presence of basil cell carcinoma, requiring Mohs surgery. From the instant I met her, I felt she was special. Have had a number of great experiences with DMG doctors during the last "trying" couple years - and none was more impressive than Dr. Lichon. Her focus, sincerity &efficiency was remarkable. Even received a personal VOICEMAIL from her just hours after the procedure to ask how I was doing. Amazing.
