I was in relationship with my PCP in Dupage for last 6 years. However its not the same organization anymore. Duly Health and Care no longer allows Patients to OPT for independent services like Physical Therapy Imaging etc. I think all of us agree to the business model behind it however I would still like to choose my service. See attached image with recent communication.

Not happy at all. I am regretting that I didn’t check the previous reviews. Won’t recommend anyone there. Admin staff doctors or nurses.

This office takes your new insurance and never passes it to the billing department. So DMG has over billed me to the tune of $800. The billing department doesnt answer messages online and when you call and request a call back the line is dead. Its pretty hard to sit on hold for over and hour multiple times when youre looking after small children at the same time. The doctors are great but its overshadowed by the hours upon hours it takes to correct a fairly simple issue. I dont take my children here anymore and I am looking forward to being free of this companys horrible customer service forever if I can ever get a human being to answer the phone there.

Wait call times are.horendous My Aunt gave up after 4hrs of being bounced around on the phone for an appointment and finally drove 45 minutes just to get one. Given the impact of the increased call volume due to the pandemic this company needs to either hire more receptionists or outsource their customer service.

This is a great DMG location All of the staff have always been friendly and helpful with scheduling and insurance questions. Dr. Boettcher is one of the best pediatricians Ive taken my daughter to he takes the time to listen and explains things very well.

There are so many offices inside for different specialty and these review system doesnt reflect the actual experience for an individual office.So far their lab pediatrician and Family Medicine offices are nice and friendly staff. I met Dr. Siya and Patricia Murphy and both are super nice. Got blood drawn by Raul in lab which took him less than a minute to puncture me and draw 3 tubes of blood.The only drawback that they switched to central scheduling system and you cant reach offices until you ask scheduling team to send a message to the office and then the office will call back when staff are free.
