Horrible Horrible experience! If I was not consumed by all that is going on at the moment I 100% would sue Edward-Elmhurst for putting me and my 1 month old through that horrific experience. We went there for a blood draw of my one month old, and the nurse started drawing blood FROM HER HAND! EVEN AFTER I ASKED HER MULTIPLE TIMES TO DRAW THE BLOOD FROM A HEEL STICK! She denied to do so and stated it has to be done by hand since an entire VILE is required! As if that wasn't enough she removed everything and then had the audacity to call another staff member and try to do the whole process again by asking the other nurse TO HOLD DOWN MY ONE MONTH OLD! I denied the whole process and told everyone to leave and so she has the AUDACITY to ask me why was this being done and look at me like I'm wrong in this whole situation! My daughter still has the blue from the bruise left on her tiny little hand.I than took her the next day to Advent Bolingbrook where the amazing kind nurse did a heel stick and was done in 5 minutes. My daughter slept through that entire experience and when I asked the nurse if thats all you need and a hand draw isnt required? she was baffled that someone would try to do a hand draw on an infant so tiny!Horrible horrific disgusting experience at Edward-Elmhurst! GOD FORBID I HAVE TO EVER GO BACK!

They were very pleasant and efficient. I really liked the woman at the front desk and the woman scanning/x-raying (is that a word?) I would recommend them to my friends, neighbors and coworkers.

I LOVE this location! It's close to my house, and I prefer to be off site from the hospital setting, so it's perfect!The receptionist, Toya, was so friendly! I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, so we had a very nice conversation!!

Quick & easy to get appointment. Easy to find parking. Everyone in office was very polite and accommodating. Especially Barbara the Dexa-scan tech. She has also done my Mammograms for years as well. Very sweet, knowledgeable & professional. Keeps me coming to this facility year after year.

My service was warm and professional on the 2 appointments. I cancelled an appointment the same day they took my co-pay 9/3. On 9/13 called to find out when my money was to be replaced, was told by Friday the 17th I should see it, reason it takes 15 days to process and was told to call if I didn’t see it. I called Monday the 20th and was told it takes up to 30 days to replace visa payments I find unacceptable for that no stars
