The experience was okay we were accidentally placed in the E.R care we were in a room when the nurse noticed something was off and started asking if we were seen. We answered yes only there for an x ray. A few minutes later the adjusted all the info in there system. A few minutes after that I walked out of the room as I did not want to be charged for it 🙃. The tech called us back in within a short amount of time. The waiting is minimal everyone is kind and extremely helpful 🙂 I also saw the nurse cleaning the room with sanitizer when we left so that was a plus there taking safety precautions for covid. 👍👍

It's funny how many people say they had issues with having COVID and not being treated properly when there are numerous people who go to this clinic and people with COVID should be conscientious and not go to a facility like this as they can cause more deaths by contaminating people..ridiculous..but onto my issue. It seems all other personnel at this facility are good but one woman I dealt with in the labs/urgent care area was HORRIBLE. My doctor told me to get labs done, blood, urine, EKG, and xrays. When I came in I told the lady which doctor I was with and that I had 7 labs requested (the doctor is in this facility aswell, across the hall) she said I was good to go and to wait. I waited 30 min and was taken back. They took 4 vials of blood for 4 different issues then had me pee in a cup for the urinalysis. The girl doing blood told me im good to go and to leave. I told her no, I have an ekg and x ray aswell. She said she would go check and came back and said the reception hadn't ordered either so id have to go back. I did. I told the same lady I had told her I had 7 labs and I still needed the ekg and xray. She looked and said whoops! Sorry, ill put that in. I waited another 30 min. Was taken back, got the ekg, they told me to leave. I said no, I have an xray. They said they'd check, again reception didn't put it in. I went to the lady for a THIRD time and again explained as I had at first, I have 7 orders, 4 for blood, 1 for urine, 1 for ekg and 1 for xrays, slowly this time as maybe she would understand. She said whoops sorry again and added the xray. I waited 15 min. Got the xray, finally was done, but what should have been a 30 min wait and at most 25 min procedure time turned into 2 hours because the reception was so in her own world and so incomprehensive she wouldn't acknowledge what I said until the 3rd time. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to go in today for new blood and while she was there unfortunately, thankfully she didn't help me this time, I got an actually competent receptionist. I work as a receptionist and understand that time is money, I lost an hour of pay at work because she couldn't do her job correctly the first or second time and its not like I was secretive, I told her I had 7 labs requested right away.

Everyone was very polite and professional, my first time there and it was a great experience. Like my new doctor she is very detailed Like myself.

Long wait but I understand we are in a major covid outbreak. About an hour and a half wait no big deal I'm a patient individual. The tech well let's say ...needs more training not very professional the doctor on the other hand awesome answered every question. And a great personality

Testing was fast and the staff are very patient, explaining in a way we were able to understand, answering all questions.

I came in 2 weeks into COVID scared about the state of my lungs and everyone was nice. I received excellent service. I have a new urgent care facility!
