The trainers are amazing but the facilities need updating especially for the cost of membership and limited hours. Womens locker room is disgusting. Shower areas are dirty with curtains falling down. Lockers have dirt and hair inside. Carpeting is old, stained. Drinking fountains do not have bottle fillers for water.

I have been a member of this Gym for years now. I am proud to say that it’s staff are welcoming, helpful & super cool! Just yesterday I lost my phone at the gym and Kristin a staff member used the (Find My iPhone) app on her phone to find mine! There are a ton of very knowledgeable trainers for all ages and all fitness levels. Great gym for all levels of anyone’s physical fitness journey!

It is an amazing fitness center. Lap pool, therapy pool, sauna, tracks, all the latest and more. Everyone is siper nice & helpful. Clean & sanitized. You can't miss with this place. Very impressed!

While there are many things to like about the EEH Fitness Center … the bottom line is that the hours are lousy for folks who work “normal” business hours. Closing at 7pm during the week and 4pm on weekends, along with 7am opening on weekends - really? For $70+ per month, it’s really not a great deal.Starting to look at other options in the area …

So, EE Health & Fitness closed back in March, and then unknown to me, they reopened at some point. No email, no phone call. Just a letter sent in mid-August saying we are billing you for August, and since your credit card does not work, we're sending you to collections if you don't update your cc number. Not, hey, are you healthy, we'd love to see you again, if you feel safe working out here and we're now open. Nothing nice like that.No offense, but this is not a health club that communicates with you other than to collect money. Embedded in the letter is a threat to throw me over to creditors and charge me a late fee for not paying by the end of the month. Almost makes one not want to pay. I've paid this health club dues for many years now. Is this the best that a health club associated with a hospital can do in the middle of a pandemic? Is it not their problem to communicate and offer options?
