The personnel at the Sleep Study facility were friendly, competent and timely. Keep up the great work!

Can't get a call answered in a reasonable time. When it is answered they ask questions without providing a reason for the questions. Very sharp and rude.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks and they've repeatedly not picked up or even hung up on me, during their normal business hours

This was a wonderful experience as far as the situation goes! I'd never had a sleep study and expected way worse. My sleep technician, Judie, is amazing and made me feel more at home than in a clinical setting. Everything was super duper clean, one of the nicest *hotels* I've stayed at. The comforter on the bed is even weighted. I am confident I will find out what is wrong/not wrong with my sleep, their equipment is extremely high tech and they provide fans for noise or cooling, nice cold rooms with lots of blankets and plenty of pillows and a nice mattress.. actually I'm getting sleepy again...Would I want to do it twice? Well no. If I had to would I do it here? Yes!(P.s. if you're worried about covid-19, everyone adhered to strict guidelines! So don't let that stop you from figuring out your sleep)

I found this facility to be extremely clean (no COVID-19) concerns. The staff was very professional with every consideration. Additionally, the facility was very modern and all the equipment appeared to be up to date. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

i was very very sick and was told by the money making machine at edwards that i should get admitted and they needed to give me a blood infusion.  i should have got a discount . the transfusion was from a mofo with hep b.  my primary caught it and checked with edwards and they told my primary oh, no worries,  the blood i got was not tainted, but the next batch could be tainted? lol.

None answers the phone

No one answers the phone.

They have lost two of my check payments. After much prodding and six months they found the first. Now, about four months later they have lost another one. Again, I sent them the receipt given me by the front desk receptionist and my cancelled check. They "looked" for a month then said it didn't matter that I had documentation, they couldn't find it and I had to pay it, again.

This is a follow up to my earlier review....a week later Edwards ER failed again. My 72 year old mother went in search of help as she was having a bad reaction to anxiety meds.I was away on work and she was alone.  She told them she was overwhelmed waiting for a cancer diagnosis. They asked her if she wished she could go to sleep and not wake up. When she said "sometimes", they locked her up at Linden Oaks against her will. They did not contact me. When I was finally made aware of the situation I rushed home to take into my care but her doctors were unavailable. When she could not sleep because of other patients wailing in the hallways they double dosed her on Trazadone. They prescribed an antidepressant with no information on how to take it or what to expect. I know Mary Lou Maestro has a good heart and would be saddened to hear of the egregious neglect and lack of compassionate care at her ER facility. I know they can do better. People deserve to have gentle explained care and support. Not to be shuffled like cattle and when they advocate for themselves be treated as though they are difficult. I hope emotional intelligence will become a part of their staff training. That the power and responsibility these caregivers have at times that are so frightening and heartbreaking will be used to treat patients with honor, compassion, and respect.
