Can’t find the office no one picks up the address must be wrong in the system no one calls back unable to reach a human
I called this clinic over and over and never get anyone to answer. It took me 2 weeks to get a call back and then 3 months out for scheduling. When I went to the appointment the secretary didn't look up at me at all and gave me 1 word answers. She then pointed me towards another secretary who ignored me for 5 minutes before she told me that I needed to reschedule. I tried to explain that I called on my way there multiple times because I was leaving work and would be a couple of minutes late. She ignored me and said that I had to reschedule. She gave me an appointment in another 2 months. I may just cancel this appointment because this staff seems very unprofessional and I am running out of patience. I really hope this office gets new staff so others don't have to deal with the rudeness I did. Do better.
Wonderful doctors and medical staff. I have been seeing Dr. Shah and her team for over a year now. They genuinely care about you and helping you achieve your weight loss goals. They have helped me change my life for the better.
I went a few times to Edwards weight loss clinic and stopped because after following their advise I only wound up gaining more weight. I saw Anne and I feel like all they were doing was guessing. First she put me on Trulicity because she felt I had Insulin resistance. I was told that one of the side effects of the drug was to loose weight, I did not loose any weigh.t Then she told me she wanted to put me on a different injectable drug that was better. If it was better at loosing weight why was it not prescribed in the first place? I checked with my insurance and they were both covered. The information one visit contradicted with the next visit as far as exercising. I felt like I was going to a car mechanic with my broken car and they did not know what the problem was with my car so they just kept changing parts till the problem was fixed. I did get good dietary information from the dietitian Toni though I still use the meals she gave. It may have been better if I went to the MD there. I am looking for a Weight loss Clinic were I can get the help I need.
Very disappointed. Left messages and also a message on my chart and took days to call me back. My blood pressure dropped low and other symptoms. Went to primary doctor and they guided me through what to do, when they finally called back said she just had gotten message. Very poor excuse. This is health not a product. Research. I didnt.
I was struggling with control of my diabetes for awhile, being in denial about the need to lose weight until I came here and enlisted the help of Dr. Shah, she has truly been a great contributor to my success. My A1C went from 8.2 to 6.4, I’m finally down to 297lbs after being trapped at over 340lbs for years. Feels great not being tired and worrying about my sugar levels.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
