List of Edward Hospital - Main Campus's Reviews
Whomever rated great customer service must have anterior motives for that erroneous review. EE Health has Terrible customer service!! It is impossible to reach a provider or any department affiliated with Edward Elmhurst Health without it taking hours of your time. Unethicality billing practices and get the run around from this company despite the claim having been settled. The inconvenience is not worth it, not in the Chicagoland area where there are many alternative options for expert care.
What a pleasant surprise. This was my first time using this hospital and I never knew such quality existed. Every employee I interacted with was 100xs more caring than the local big medical group and other hospitals in the area. Well done!
Great staff and all were very helpful and positive. They made my stay as pleasant as possible and a great experience overall.
Horrible Horrible experience! If I was not consumed by all that is going on at the moment I 100% would sue Edward-Elmhurst for putting me and my 1 month old through that horrific experience. We went there for a blood draw of my one month old, and the nurse started drawing blood FROM HER HAND! EVEN AFTER I ASKED HER MULTIPLE TIMES TO DRAW THE BLOOD FROM A HEEL STICK! She denied to do so and stated it has to be done by hand sunce an entire VILE is required! As if that wasn't enough she removed everything and then had the audacity to call another staff member and try to do the whole process again by asking the other nurse TO HOLD DOWN MY ONE MONTH OLD! I denied the whole process and told everyone to leave and so she has the AUDACITY to ask me why was this being done and look at me like im wrong in this whole situation! My daughter still has the blue from the bruise left on her tiny little hand.I than took her the next day to Advent Bolingbrook where the amazing kind nurse did a heel stick and was done in 5 minutes. My daughter slept through that entire experience and when I aske dthe nurse thats all you need and a hand draw isnt required she was baffled that someone would try to do a hand draw on an infant so tiny!Horrible horrific disgusting experience at Edward-Elmhurst! GOD FORBID I HAVE TO EVER GO BACK!
Wait was minimal we came to pick up a c.d from outpatient registration. In and out 5 min 👍👍👍
Everyone at Edward is always professional and very courteous. My only complaint is parking in the south parking garage, people tend to take two spots or park on the lines causing a ripple effect which reduces parking spaces.
Really good doctors they have a lot of experience thank you so much
Treated well good staff all very nice
I had excellent experience with your staff. The only suggestion I have is that the staff who works at the admissions desk can use some training in entering the insurance information into the computer.
At the hospital, very outstanding staff took very good care of me during my covid crisis! God bless our first responders!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
