Called today to get information for family and individual therapy. Was going off the amazing reviews. Once I called though I was very disappointed how the call was handled. The person on the other end of the was rude, had a bad attitude and was constantly interrupting me as I asked for information. It almost seemed as if I was bothering her by asking for information. If this a sign of how the professionals at this location operate I rather not even try them out. I did let the person know they were very rude and unprofessional and did not make an appointment.
