So far, I have been on hold for 40 minutes just ask a question regarding my dad- and cant get through to anyone. Only to be put back on hold. I guess I will take him to the ED to figure out who is going to remove his chemo port

I had access to the best resources for breast cancer treatment and excellent professional care from Dr. Baweja, Dr. Gresik and the entire team. Always honest, fast and effective. Conclusion: I am a cancer survivor!

Very professional care so awesome drs and nurses that care for u 100 percent the only problem is there billing practice each different treatment or test is billed separately very confusing never know what bill your going to get next maybe only sent one total bill would be easier to know what u owe ther need to get billing more patient friendly and one bill with separate treatments listed

Been going here the past 3 months of treatment and every step of the way is phenomenal care. From the nice skilled nurses you see on the weekly for blood tests to outpatient and inpatient nurses as well. I really go to sleep knowing I’m getting the best care around. I really had quite a unique situation and couldn’t get a port placed and how dynamic they were to problem solve for my unique situation was outstanding. Even the valet man is so passionate about his job and does extremely well.

The care provided by the physician's and nurses at this facility are amazing. From reception to tests to completion of treatments, they make you feel comfortable and well-taken care of every visit. GOD Bless them!

Why I say is the staff- nurses are exceptional. They work hard and care about what they do. Also other staff come in like dietician and Chaplin. The supervisor off the unit is exceptional too. Way to go!

I really love my Dr. I had my final annual visit after 5 years. My complaint is with the billing. I saw 2 separate bills. One for the Dr visit and one for clinic which was $203. I called to question the clinic charge since I only had blood pressure taken and they told me it's a charge just to be at the cancer center. SERIOUSLY? That's ridiculous since I just sat there waiting to be called in by the Dr. I would love to see if others get separate charges.
