I tried acupuncture previously at another practice and did not love the experience I had. I decided to give Energy Flow a shot due to Amy’s knowledge specifically regarding fertility. I have had such a great experience - Amy really takes the time to look at you and your health holistically. She has been a great source for other holistic health practices and resources as well. I would definitely recommend Energy Flow, especially to those regarding fertility. I have continued to see her through my pregnancy as well!

I just finished up my second session with Amy and I am honestly so amazed by how I am already feeling positive changes in my body and mind, especially in regards to emotional stress. Today, she could sense that I had a lot going on in my brain and did something that helped "close the tabs" in my brain, and since that point, I am feeling a level of calm in my brain that I don't think I may have ever felt in years, or maybe ever? If you are on the fence about giving acupuncture a try, I highly recommend coming here!
