Can’t understand what people are speaking about with the wonderful care. I saw him twice, once for a referral for p.t., & again to check in with him for further treatment. He referred me to another doctor in Joliet & told me that doctor can help me.

Dr. Ung is THEE ENT to see! He and his staff were sincere, kind, and very concerning. Made me feel at ease. I felt as though I could talk to Dr. Ung like I was talking to a friend. I was included in the decision of my treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Ung to anyone who needs an ENT. Thank you Dr. Ung

I struggled with sinus congestion with 2 years and developed asthma. I saw several doctors over 2 years and Dr Ung stuck with me until I finally was cured. He is a great doctor and I highly recommend him!

So upset with doctors who simply do not listen. I’ve been seeing Dr N, he actually did my sinus surgery, and now he continues to not listen to me, my symptoms and how & where the pain is coming from. After almost a year and so many Dr (GP, ENT & Spine) finally someone ordered an MRI and determine I had a staff infection and a BRAIN TUMOR! Now, Dr N. please listen to your patients.

Being in the medical field myself Dr. Ung has it. I felt comforted by his bedside manner and the nursing staff around him were all smiles in my surgery yesterday. I highly recommend him and would put 6 stars if I could.

I was treated and eventually had surgery done by Dr Ung and have referred family and friends to him ..he is truly an amazing Dr , he has empathy, actually listens, great sense of humor and doesnt rush the patient. I actually work in healthcare myself for the last 20 plus years and Dr Ung is by far the best Dr I have had the pleasure of meeting. He knows his stuff and will still remember you doesn't matter how long its been. If you need an ENT Dr Ung is by far the best !!!!
