I have seen Dr. Guy Miller at Edwards ER for Kidney Stones several times. He is the best ER Dr period! Thank you for your services!
Dr Miller took care of me in the emergency room on March 16th. I had a severe upper lip laceration in a tricky spot and 1 week later I had the stitches removed and it it FLAWLESS! He took his time and carefully lined up the cut and sutured everything perfectly! I am SO GRATEFUL! I will not need a plastic surgeon after all.
Dr. Miller was amazing when I went in to the ER at Edwards. I have been to the Edwards ER a few times before and have always disliked my experience. Dr. Miller was friendly, compassionate, took notes of all the details I told him and made it clear that I was in good hands and I would not be leaving unless he completely believed I was well enough too. Most ER docs want you out as fast as possible. He took his time and was extremely thorough. Best experience with Edwards in the ten years I have lived in Naperville. Every ER doctor at Edwards should be as good as him.
Was treated by Dr Guy Miller in Edwards urgent care. I was in tears from the dismissive treatment. The nurses are always so nice and caring. The doctor experience has not been so wonderful. Dr Guy Miller was so rude as I was explaining my medical history and course of care he walked out and shut the door. I normally leave this facility under treated and have to go to er later. My insurance gets billed thousands of dollars.
I was treated at Edwards Urgent care. I am a patient to the adjoining clinic. The doctor walked out and closed the door when I asked if he would review my medical records and course of care. He said he knew science. I had to have the head nurse come in assist me. I was crying. I left still sick and under treated. Insurance will be billed thousands of dollars.
I was seen at Edwards Urgent Care in Bolingbrook. The nurses are always so nice and caring. The doctor experience has not been so wonderful. I was on tears. Dr Guy Miller was so rude as I was explaining my medical history and course of care he walked out and shut the door. I normally leave this facility under treated and have to go to er later. My insurance gets billed thousands of dollars.
Dr. Miller did a great job quickly evaluating my condition and Consulting with the neurologist. He ruled out stroke and cardio issues which is a big relief. He is efficient and personable
I saw this doctor tonight in the ER after a bad experience with another doctor at an urgent Care yesterday. He was empathetic and listened to my concerns. He took the time to explain things and to thoroughly examine my symptoms. He was able to treat my symptoms efficiently in a way I was happy with.Great bedside manner. I would recommend him.
He needs to educate himself on allergies and how the symptoms compare a contrast to those of a cold... especially allergic reactions to medications and their ingredients... When a patient comes in with enflamed and swollen sinuses and throat, barely able to breathe; the treatment should never be to do nothing and send them home
He needs to educate himself on the differences between allergies and a cold ... Literally sent me home, telling me the inflammatory allergic reaction that left me barely able to breath was just a cold and all I need is rest....

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
