We saw Dr Canner on the few occasions in 4 years that we couldn’t get in with our preferred doc in this practice. She was rude and unprofessional, not just questioning but chastising me for bringing our son back into the office for an ongoing health condition “too soon” only to be told by a specialist that we shouldn’t wait and doing so may cause permanent harm. I was just talking with a friend whose children also visit this office (for 7 years) and she said Dr canner had asked her why her son wasn’t in school with a bad cough and rising fever but negative Covid and strep tests. She should not be in a field that requires any sort of bedside manner.

Dr. Canner always takes her time with my daughter and never feel rushed. We always leave with the feeling that Dr. Canner truly cares about her and her well-being and isn’t just a number. She is an attentive listener and takes everything we say seriously; i never feel brushed off. She explains everything in detail so we understand not only the problem, but what causes it, what we do to treat it and what to look out for in the future. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Canner!
