I have been trying to call for the past two hours and not a single person has answered the phone. I’ve left message after message and no one has called me back. This is ridiculous It should not be this hard to try and schedule an appointment.

Called to make a follow-up apt about symptoms I was having and was told I would get a call back. A week later I followed up to get put on hold for over 30 minutes and given apt in a month. No apologies were given and I was hung up on by the office staff. Doctor was fine which is why I left a two start review but the office staff makes the process so negative that I absolutely will be switching offices.

Dr Jensen is the best! I’ve been seeing her since I was 26, and now my daughter is 23 and has been seeing her since her teens. She is the most wonderful doctor, and I absolutely owe my life and my daughter’s life to her. I came in with a placental abruption at 24 weeks. I was bleeding so much and I’m so much pain I was sure I would die. But she not only saved my life, but she saved my baby too. I had her at 38 weeks, 8 lbs. 5 oz. 21 inches long, and beautiful.

I’m looking for Dr. Dunn. Where did she go after leaving DuPage Medical Group? She is the best! I need to get in for an appointment.

If I could give a million stars I would! She’s been my doctor since I was 16, I’m now 31...That’s very telling! She’s very personable, professional and has great bedside manners! Not to mention she’s hilarious! She’s absolutely amazing at what she does; if I have to follow her to the moon, I will! I HIGHLY recommend!

I will never be able to express how thankful I am that I chose these doctors. My husband and I welcomed our beautiful baby girl this week (thank you, Dr. Jensen!) and the care we received from each and every doctor and nurse during my pregnancy and delivery was exceptional! They are experts in their field and the level of support and comfort that they provided throughout my pregnancy reassured me with each visit that I made the right choice three years ago when I met with Dr. Gordon and chose her as my doctor. Thank you ALL for everything that you do!
