I wish I could post the X-ray
I had a great experience with Dr. Gashkoff and his super staff. I was able to get an appointment in short order. The receptionist and first nurses were very friendly and we struck up conversations easily. This made me feel at ease. Dr. Gashkoff greeted me enthusiastically, shook my hand. We found some light humor and laughed together. He knows what he is doing. Explained thoroughly my prognosis, options, benefits and issues that might come up. On the day of the procedure, the time for arrival had changed, and I could not make the new time. I called first thing on the day of the procedure and explained my situation, the scheduler, said "let me see if I can help you." Now the new time was 9AM and originally I was to come in at 1PM. They managed to make room for a 12:30 arrival time. I was thrilled I could have the procedure and not wait. All the nursing staff were very warm, friendly, made me feel at ease. Dr. Gashkoff was great, his bedside manners are wonderful.
I had a great experience with Dr. Gashkoff and his wonderful staff. I really did. First nurse in room disarmed me with her humor and friendly banter we struck up. Dr. Gashkoff followed and he was friendly, had a sense of humor and we hit it off well. He was very thorough with my diagnosis, not pushy at all, explained what he would perform during the procedure. I felt I was in good hands. I ...
This guy has a god-complex! I had to get a new pain management doctor due to a change with my insurance. I went to Gashkoff and he was rude, rushed and certainly insensitive to me as his patient. I totally understand that he must be careful as one that prescribes opioid medicines, however, he is dismissive and his office staff seems to be just as unresponsive! He asked that I call his office after my visit to provide an update. I did as requested and getting through to him has been impossible! Further, his staff promised to call me back, respond to my emails through the portal and contact him via his mobile, and NOTHING! To make matters WORSE, the only thing his staff seemed to be concerned about was getting me in for trigger point injections! I am not opposed to these, just COMMUNICATE!

I highly recommend Dr. Gashkoff. I had a couple of injections relating to the spine and the doctor explained everything to me. He said out loud when he was injecting the medicine and what I will feel. I truly appreciate his approach because he made it less stressful.
I would never recommend this group or the surgical team that recommends using them at DMG. I won't even give them 1 star. He was all about pushing more shots. Never ran any tests after my spinal fusion that I came to find out never took and that the device actually failed and shards of metal from the implant were spreading throughout my back and down into my thighs. After telling both him and his PA that I was still experiencing excruciating levels of pain and I did not think it was normal, I was told "I must be a slow fuser" "give it time" "in the mean time lets do more injections." Injections that failed to work 6 times! Never did xrays, Cts, MRI to explore why my pain was as it was. Insinuated that I was at the office for meds. Switched Pain Specialists and Doctors that took the time and care to run proper tests and I am now a fully fused patient not seeking anything!
I was sent to Dr. Gashkoff for severe pain in the arch of my foot after physical therapy and steroid injections made the pain worse. Before seeing him, I was examined by his PA who repeatedly pressed on the most painful spot on my foot. That brought me to tears and when Dr. Gashkoff came in he laughed at me and said "What are you crying for?! Plantar Fasciitis shouldn't hurt you this much!" He made me feel like I was insane and the pain I was experiencing was all in my head. Even though I did no
I have seen Dr. Gashkoff for a couple years for all over pain and after surgeries and being taken off anti-inflamitory medication. I had tried medical marijauna with no luck and when I went back to him, he refused to give me any norco. I have no history of any kind of drug abuse! If I got 30 pills, I would make them last for 3 to 4 months, for extremely bad days or nights. He treated me like a drug addict. Don't waste your time with this doctor! All he wants to do is surgery .
The doctor was very concerned about my injury....did accurate diagnosis of my condition...and talked to me about was being done in the operating room . I think some people would complain if the LORD was the Doctor..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
