Dr. Franco fat shamed me- the first thing he said to me was “you’ve gained 30 pounds since the last time you were here” 1. The last time I was in was in my early 20s 2. Weight changes, especially for women and this guy clearly buys into the idea that there is an ideal body type women are not supposed to stray from 3. Yes, thank you for pointing out the obvious- the weight gain was due to medication I was put on for my chronic illness. He told me he was unable to do the procedure that I was requesting- funny, because Dr. Byun in Chicago was able to successfully do the procedure without any problems. Seeing Dr. Franco made me very grateful that he is not my Doctor.

Wow. Just wow. I am beyond pleased with the results from Dr. Franco. He is a true professional. I would recommend him to anyone who is trying to find an amazing surgeon. My breasts never looked so amazing even though I’m only few days post op. If I could give him and entire staff at CCL 10 stars I would. I am so glad I went with him. What he did is truly a work of art. After two kids I was left with something deflated and without shape, he made me look like I’m 20 again. He definitely exceeded my expectations by 200%.

While he did a good job with the scar or lack there of he did not get all of the cancer requiring me to have radiation and life changing issues. Would never go back and you should not also.

I had saline breast implants inserted ten years ago. Twice during those ten years an implant leaked and I needed them replaced. The second time, Dr. Franco persuaded me to replace them with silicone implants. After that second surgery, the doctor examined me and said, "Hmm. It looks like one is larger than the other." Yes, it was. Quite a bit. One would think that it was his responsibility to make sure both breasts would be of equal size. It is now a year later, and I still have two different size breasts. I had hoped that over time, when swelling went down, the size difference would be eliminated, but it hasn't. The doctor has never contacted me to see if I wanted a revision. I guess he doesn't really care. If you were born with different sized breasts, think how much more upset you would be if you had paid several thousand dollars for them. Would not recommend this doctor for breast augmentation.

I found him to be totally impersonal, abrupt, almost annoyed, and very anxious to move on to the next patient. I had a cancerous lesion removed by him. He totally lacked bedside manner. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.

I just had a skin cancer removed from Dr. Franco. I found him to be abrupt, no bedside manner, disinterested in me as a human being, and seemed anxious to get in/out and on to the next patient.

terrible experience... had a cancerous skin lesion removed... absolutely no personality... impersonal, bored, no bedside manner whatsoever... made me feel like a piece of meat....would not recommend

Dr. Franco botched my surgery, and i am still dealing with side effects. Please go elsewhere.

Dr. Franco and his nurse Jennifer are what a medical practice should be all about. I walk in with my 15month old and am greeted with a very nice staff as soon as I walked through the front door. When they realized that my appointment was made with the wrong doctor, they immediately try to correct it. Jennifer gave me her personal number to call with any questions and then Dr. Franco called me personally to tell me when my son's surgery was scheduled. Couldn't be any happier.

After reading the great reviews regarding Dr. Franco, I had high expectations when I went in for skin cancer last Monday.  I left extremely disappointed & upset.  He was cold, explained nothing to me as to the procedure, I had to ask him before he 'ran' out of the office.  He acted like he was doing me a big favor explaining what he did, why he was 'yanking' my head, no empathy, little concern, and barely told me what to expect next.  The staff in the office & the doctor need customer & patient service training, most unhappy staff I have ever seen in a health care office.  I will not be going back to him, patients deserve better treatment especially when dealing cancer.
