You can not get in. When you do, they call to say the dr has an emergency and they cancel your appointment constantly. What is the point of having a dr you can not see?

The visit went well, my issue was fixed with the least expensive alternative treatment...or so I thought. I had no way of knowing that the fee schedule Dr. Donzelli has was going to make this visit cost me over $500 for a simple nose bleed. In network? Doesn't matter, pay up.

He had me take 2 otc mints, and where he told us to go {CVS & fruitful yield) did not have this.After 5 stops and calls we did not find anything. My wife suggested AMAZON and we found them with no problems! We will have them tomorrow. I would think Dr D would know this instead of all this running around.

I have been seeing Dr. Donzelli for myself and another family member, both of us for thyroid issues. My experience with Dr. Donzelli has been very positive and caring. I feel fortunate to have this doctor in our lives.
