Best doc since my son was 5!

Avoid!! Feel guilty just putting 1 star on this review because they don’t even deserve that. They will find any way to charge you and recommend something that is completely wrong. I came into Donzelis office a few weeks back to have him check out a growth in my nose. He pushed me to get some vaccine and to schedule a surgery to remove the growth. Whatever he told me I had and what I needed to do was 100% INACCURATE. The issue went away on its own (which was an opinion from a second doctor I saw). Why are you telling me to get a surgery that I clearly DIDN’T NEED? What would have happened if I got the surgery? Why are you telling me to get a vaccine that would have ZERO impact on my issue? Don’t even bother putting an auto reply under this review that says ‘please reach out so we can know more’ because I did. Absolute no help. Useless. Now I am sitting with a medical bill that I think is completely unfair. Why am I to pay for a procedure that was unnecessary and for inaccurate information? Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. Will save you some time and money. You will probably get an accurate recommendation too! In the meantime- Donzelis office needs to figure it out because this is just unfair and borderline criminal.

DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY WILL SCHEDULE YOUR APPT., CALL YOU THE DAY BEFORE, THEN WAIT TIL YOU PULL YOUR CHILD OUT OF SCHOOL AND SHOW UP TO THE 8AM APPT TO TELL YOU THEY ARE CANCELING BECAUSE AS OF THE "DAY BEFORE" THEY DONT TAKE YOUR INSURANCE ANYMORE!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM DULY!!!!

You can not get in. When you do, they call to say the dr has an emergency and they cancel your appointment constantly. What is the point of having a dr you can not see?

Dr Joseph Donzelli is the best Dr..he’s very good and very knowledgeable..highly recommend him

Excellent doctor. Goes above and beyond. Really care about patients. So lucky to have him as my doctor. Highly recommended.

The visit went well, my issue was fixed with the least expensive alternative treatment...or so I thought. I had no way of knowing that the fee schedule Dr. Donzelli has was going to make this visit cost me over $500 for a simple nose bleed. In network? Doesn't matter, pay up.

Dr.Donzelli is an incredible doctor. He cares about his patients and always goes above and beyond in patient care. He is the best and I would highly recommend going to him!
