Good bedside manner during office visits. Asks questions and allows time for questions. Prescription Refills are a nightmare. Can only order refill on the day it runs out. If need new script written, difficult to contact. Difficult communication through Duly app also. Not very prompt responding. Absolutely do not recommend if taking any medication for narcolepsy and get pregnant.
Dr. Flores ordered a sleep study for me which I went to. Sleep study center told me my doctor would contact me within 10 days with my results. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. WHEN I CALLED THEM..Staff said my sleep apnea results were OK???? BUT THAT was NOT the reason why the sleep study was ordered??!!
No Help "
I actually saw this doctor today and found him to be very rude. He asked me about why I missed an earlier appt. and why I was late. He said I ruined his schedule for the day and that he was behind now. I felt like I was being interrogated and what he said was out of line. I take meds, so that was the main reason for my visit. He did not really offer me any present solutions for my hypersomnolence. As a student with a heavy school schedule, I feel helpless and plan to take caffeine pills.
I actually saw this doctor today and found him to be very rude and disrespectful. He asked me about why I missed an earlier appt. and why I was late to this one. He said I ruined his schedule for the day and that he was behind now. I felt like I was being interrogated and what he said was out of line. I take meds for my sleep issues, so that was the main reason for my visit. He did not really offer me any present solutions for my hypersomnolence. As a student with a heavy school schedule, I feel helpless and plan to take caffeine pills, which is probably going to screw me over, but like I said, I feel so helpless. Coming from a med student, this doctor has made me realize the kind of doctor I never want to become. I would never want to send a patient home feeling hurt and helpless. He is the absolute worst. I plan to get a second opinion from a different sleep doctor.
Dr. Flores listened to my concerns. He was very helpful and gave me great advice on how to treat my insomnia. I would highly recommend him to anyone with sleep issues. His staff was also very friendly and made you feel welcomed to the office.
Took excellent care of my family member.
Dr Flores was very knowledgeable and great to work with, however working with the group is a nightmare you never know what is going on and what the process is going to be. This seems overly complicated and convoluted for CPAP treatment.
He has helped more with my asthma than any other doctor I've seen over the years. He listens. He is excellent at his profession. He is my favorite doctor at Dupage Medical.
Dr. Flores is very full of himself - heâ??s a doctor - a fellow human being - and would defiantly benefit from some time as a patient. I value his education and expertise but find that his attitude needs and adjustment. In a long list of professionals at DuPage Medical Group he was the first (and remains the only) who seemed to care more about proving his credentials than helping me as a patient. I hope Dr. learns the business of being a human and helping patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
