Judith Froehlich's Online Review Report Card

We have seen Dr. Froehlich since my kids were born and are so thankful for her! I absolutely trust her, amazing doctor, always listens to my concerns. She is highly experienced, knowledgable, caring, can’t not recommend enough!

If I could leave a zero review I would. This women was cold, harsh and judgmental. I will never bring my child to her again and I wouldn’t recommend others bring their children either. She judged how much my son is eating before even looking at his weight gain. She said he doesn’t have a tongue tie even though 7 other professionals said he does. Then stated we should be seeing an ENT over a dentist even though she doesn’t believe he has any mouth ties. She then shamed us for how long it’s going to be until we can get in for the procedure by telling us “oh wow that’s too long” regardless of it being out of our control. She’s just awful and her bedside manner is terrible. She shouldn’t be a doctor because it doesn’t appear she cares about her patients at all. Do NOT recommend her in the slightest.

Dr. Froehlich is very experienced, knowledgeable and direct. She does a wonderful job caring for my 1 year old son during his visits.

Did not introduce herself. Poor bedside manner. Did not wash/sanitize her hands before or after examining my child. Did not explain anything or even speak to me or my child while she was examining her. Our regular doctor wasn't there, so we were assigned to her instead. Definitely won't be seeing her again, even if she's the only available doctor in office that day for an acute visit.

Please reconsider before making an appointment with her. Sexual health is an important part of development, but I was shocked at how she handled my questions. It was clear she was annoyed as soon as I asked simple questions related to sexual health, and she dismissed all of my concerns, as if I were silly for bringing them up. She also did not respect my privacy as she opened the door and loudly confirmed all the sensitive topics we discussed in the hallway for everyone to hear. I know I did nothing wrong, but I felt so ashamed in that moment for trusting my doctor. I'm not sure what she told the nurse who came in after her, but it was clear the nurse came in with preconceived notions and the nurse also acted dismissive toward me as well. Changing doctors immediately.

Never again will I see Dr. Froelich. I have been seeing Dr. Froelich for 16 years. Never have had a problem with her until recently when I asked her about my minor gynecomastia. She never asked any follow up questions, and dismissed my issue in a very rude manner. She told me that the my gynecomastia wasn't anything to worry about, and that I should see a psychiatrist if it is bothering me. Well 6 months later, and after going to a couple of other doctors, I found out I could have a very serious liver/heart problem, that could have been resolved the FIRST time if Dr. Froelich had asked the proper questions and actually shown a level of care towards me. IMO she should retire, as it is evident she doesn't care for her patients, at least not me.

Dr. Froelich was awesome! My kids had an appointment with her because I couldn't get them into their normal Ped. She was awesome and has permanent new patients! She was on-time, quick, thorough and related to my kids well! What more could you ask for???

Dr. Froehlich is the pediatrician for our three boys. She is patient, very experienced and seasoned, and always takes her time to discuss any questions we have. Having her as a resource has been reassuring for our family. There is no doubt that we will continue to see Dr. Froehlich for our childrens' needs.
