They claimed they contacted me multiple times and then transferred my account to a debt collection agency. This is such a scam! After having paid my bill through Edward, they still reported me to a collection agency for $66.50. When I call the collection agency, they are blackmailing me into saying it hasn’t affected your credit yet, but if you don’t take care of it, it will. Such a horrible experience.
This is the worst company ever and they need a class action lawsuit against them why did I get a bill from these people for $2000 for an mri. When I have insurance that they did not bill. Do not go to these people they are crooks
I. Spoke with billing multiple times over multiple months. The last person I spoke with was Shana and she said my bill was not run through my insurance and she will take care of it. Then I get a call from AGT collections stating I owe $1158. I called my insurance company and found Naperville Radiologist never put the claim into BCBS
Never use these people if possible. First - they never confirmed if my insurance was going to cover a procedure and just went for it (while I agree in a perfect world they should not have to do this, but this is unfortunately the American health care system we're dealing with). Second - working with them through the billing appeal process was an absolute nightmare. I cannot overstate how much I would strive to avoid this company and I can only imagine the financial damage they are doing to more vulnerable people. My insurance did not want to cover a surgery they performed and for the four months it took appeal process I'm not sure they actually did anything. Their communication was abysmal, and what I was able to suss out from their customer representatives was that they may have been trying to charge the wrong insurance number the whole time. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone who can actually help you if you're dealing with a billing issue, you're only ever talking with customer service reps (who for the most part are lovely people just trying to do their jobs). At the end of the day the only thing that saved me from thousands of dollars of medical bills was Edwards Hospital covering their end of the appeal process gracefully and my own intercession and arguing with my insurance company.
This place is a joke. They have been harrassing me about a bill that should have been submitted to insurance. I have spoken to them and emailed them and they still cannot get this right. I now just called to talk to them again during business hours, but they say they are closed! Unacceptable incompetence
NRSC Never submitted the bill to insurance and wants my family to pay the full amount out of pocket. This was the only bill from this day that was not submitted and not covered.
Horrible experience trying to get an overpayment of bill taken care of. 5 phone calls. Everyone in billing tells me something different. Issue still not settled.
This is not a reflection of doctors or technicians I see. I cannot give a low enough score to Naperville Radiologist customer svc. I was on the phone over 4 hours trying to resolve a very small issue, 85-90% being on hold, disconnected several times, automated system does not work and a resolution was never completed. I cannot find any phone # to speak to a person in the office.
Terrible
unable to receive a direct answere as to where i can go and directly pay a bill rather than waste a stamp and check. oblivious as how or where.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
