Dr. Jensen delivered my grandson 22 years ago and my daughter and I wouldn’t go anywhere else…she’s the best!!!

Dr. Jensen may have a lot of experience but her patient care is terrible. She is rude and condescending in conversation. I was in tears following several OB appointments from her comments. I only stayed with the practice for the other doctors that I loved. She knew my newborn son in the nicu needed a circ prior to us being discharged. She was on call that weekend and would not answer the pages from nursing staff. When she finally showed up 4.5 hours later, she was in shorts & flip flops. She didn't talk to us at all. Did not come back in to tell us how the procedure went - she just left to get back to her weekend. Her lack of care and poor work has now resulted in my son having to have a circ revision at 2yo. This procedure would be unnecessary if she had performed it correctly the first time. Tremendously disappointed in her lack of respect.

I have been trying to call for the past two hours and not a single person has answered the phone. I’ve left message after message and no one has called me back. This is ridiculous It should not be this hard to try and schedule an appointment.

Called to make a follow-up apt about symptoms I was having and was told I would get a call back. A week later I followed up to get put on hold for over 30 minutes and given apt in a month. No apologies were given and I was hung up on by the office staff. Doctor was fine which is why I left a two start review but the office staff makes the process so negative that I absolutely will be switching offices.

Dr jensen is absolutely amazing. The whole office is truly amazing but dr patten and dr jensen have been the best. Dr carney delivered my first child (who is also very very awesome!) Dr patten delivered my second child and she is one of the sweetest woman i have ever met. She is so gentle and caring and i will 100% be scheduling all of my future checkups with her. This whole practice is truly amazing and dr jensen has always listened to my concerns and treated me with great respect. Thank you all for delivering 2 healthy children for me! - Courtney

I have been with Dr. Jensen for years. She is so caring and knowledgeable She diagnosed an unusual disease for me that was rare and beyond her specialty. She saved my life because she took the time and effort to listen to me. She has always been professional in taking care of my gyne conditions. I can always count on her to guide me in the right direction. Her staff is very understanding and professional as well. She is what is called “ a doctor’ s doctor “ too. Other doctors trust her enough to go to her for their care. Im so lucky to be in her care

I have been seeing Dr. Jensen for 30 years (19 yrs old - today). She is the best Ob/Gyn around! I have recommended her to many, many people. She was my Gyn for the first 20 years. Then my Ob for many years after that during a few miscarriages, and a live birth C-section. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, straight-forward, and gives incredible patient care. You are in good hands with Dr. Jensen!

Very disappointed with my experience under Dr. Jensen’s care. Terrible bedside manner. I did not feel listened to during my birth experience at all. Her colleagues at the practice are great but I would not recommend this doctor if you’re someone who is seeking individualized, person-centered care.

Went some time back. Was talked down to in a rude manner and given personal advice rather than proper medical solutions. Truly terrible.

Terrible experience. Disrespected and belittled me. Her comments and lack of empathy and professional advice left me in my car after the appointment sobbing. Cannot recommend less. Wish I could go lower than a 1.
