List of Kathryn A Gordon's Reviews
I made this appointment same day, in an absorbant amount of pain, drove 40 minutes and when I got in, everyone was confused because I was somehow put down for "a discussion about pelvic pain" when, and I know you'll be shocked to read this, that wasn't the reason for my visit. An excellent start. When I explained that I suffer from hidradenitis suppurativa (diagnosed 17 years ago) and had a cyst I couldn't pop, I called on this expert's services but within seconds, she was misdiagnosing and suggesting surgery before I could even show her the issue I was dealing with. "Are you sure it's an HS breakout and not an ingrown hair or a pilonidal cyst?" She asked me. As a 35 year old I do know what an ingrown hair feels like, and I was insanely quick to offer that I'd been checked for a pilonidal cyst in the same area 2 years before which was again diagnosed HS by a 2nd doctor, and the cyst in the same place was lanced and drained; the identical procedure I presented in pain begging for from now a 3rd doctor, Dr Kathryn Gordon; the only doctor in 17 years to blatantly ignore my pleas and prior diagnoses in order to misdiagnose me and attempt to send me in the wrong direction. After she miraculously found her bearings after the incorrect appointment scheduling, she brought all the tools into the room that she would need to be able to provide me with relief, looked at the area again, and backed away from me offering the most unprofessional words I've *ever* heard and hope to never hear from any doctor ever again. "You're going to hate me." And boy was she right! She again misdiagnosed me with a pilonidal cyst, told me she couldn't "ethically" help me, and again erroneously suggested a surgery I didn't need. I jumped up and started getting dressed and she could tell I was furious, asking me questions like am I sure I'm leaving, am I sure I don't want to talk about it, etc., but I was not interested in continuing a conversation with someone unfamiliar with my condition and also unwilling to learn about it so that she could go on benefitting herself and hundreds of people who suffer from this condition. I was only interested in getting away from the quack and finding relief by any means necessary. Thank God when I got home (another painful 40 minute drive), my husband's ethics weren't quite as in tact as Dr Gordon's because a box cutter in the garage he doused with rubbing alcohol and ran a flame over did the trick just fine to rid myself of another painful HS outbreak. Absolutely shameful doctor who believes she already knows everything there is to know about doctoring, ignores her patients, and sends them home to deal with their own problems instead of doing some god damn research. Needless to say, I won't be paying any bills this office tries to send me. My husband was my doctor and he's already received his payment. Terrible. 👎👎👎 Edited to add this adorable snippet under Dr. Gordon's picture on Duly's website: "I want to empower my patients to participate in their healthcare as much as they desire. My patients can see me as an advocate and a partner in helping them to achieve their goals." What an absolute joke.
All she is after is MONEY, could care less about a patient. I gave her a second chance & she failed me again! She is fake, DO NOT GO here.
Dr Kathryn is great doctor . She is so caring and listens patiently , I went for annual wellness and discussed my problems with and her advices are great
Dr. Gordon delivered my daughter February 2019 and she was amazing. So friendly, calming, encouraging during both my office visits and actual labor. I can’t gush ENOUGH about her.
Dr. Kemnetz-Gordon is the best gynecologist I have ever had. She takes the time to listen and always goes over all of your options. She takes a holistic approach and will ask about other parts of your health as well. She is always extremely polite. When I first came to her several years ago, I had been told that I could not get an IUD for a couple reasons. Dr. Kemnetz-Gordon did it just fine using an ultrasound for guidance. She has been consistent over the 4 years I have being seeing her.
Dr.Gordon is a great doctor! She is very caring and listens to the patient. I had a schedule c section with my second baby and I was scared and she eased my fears going into it and made my experience great. I always feel like she listens to me and takes her time and does what is best for the patient. I would recommended Dr.Gordon to anyone!
I was hesitant on different methods of birth control I was happy with my IUD choice because of Dr. Gordon. She answered All my questions I would recommend her to any female
The office doesn't allow the patient to choose a particular doctor. Whoever's available (i.e. not delivering babies) will see you. It makes sense - it's just different if you're used to seeing a particular doctor for visits. The facility is clean. The technicians and staff were wonderful. I didn't go full term with my pregnancy, and I worked primarily with Dr Gordon with my miscarriage. She was very kind and not only treated the physical part of what I was going through but also took the time to address the emotional part as well.
Dr. Gordon along with the best effort from my wife saved our baby’s life. Our baby was larger than expected and had trouble getting his shoulder past the pelvic bone. Dr. Gordon stayed calm, unwrapped the umbilical cord that was wrapped around his neck, and got the baby out quickly with 0 side effects. After having 4 children, I can’t think of a better group to work with than Kathyrn Gordon, Julie Jensen and the team at 608 S Washington. Thank you!
Dr.Gordon is very caring and answered all my questions.I would rcommend her

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
