Dr. Nguyen treated my father who is 93 in the emergency room. After waiting over 4 hours to be seen, she seemed to be rushed and overworked and said to the effect... how lucky he was to be seen because there were so many in the waiting room much sicker than he was. She went on to be overheard asking other patients (who were close by and explainng their issues) so what do you want me to do about it? Shocking!
