List of Kimberly H Bennett's Reviews
I like Dr Bennett. She cares about her patients.
After making an appointment and waiting a month and a half, my appointment was cancelled... "Doctor does not accept new patients" I should have been informed when I made the appointment.
Dr Bennett is amazing. Duly Health is less than. I was forced to move my healthcare away from Duly and thus Dr Bennett due to the Duly Health's inability to send a correct invoice without additional charges and long waits to get an answer or refunds. I saw Dr Bennett for the last 13 years and was always impressed by her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to the details in what you are saying. She has been critical in helping me achieve some of my health goals and I will miss seeing her for my healthcare needs. Unfortunately I am now seeing a Doctor outside the Duly employment in order to attempt to get better customer service from a company. It's sad that health care has become so corporate and that patients now need to worry about becoming a sales product to a corporate entity instead of the competency of the individual health care provider. If you can deal with Duly, Dr Bennett is a great choice for a Primary Physician.
I have Doctor Kimberly Bennett for couple of years now. I have to say she is an amazing, kind and caring person ❤️ she listens to you about your concerns. You can see in her when she is concerns about your health. I don't have anything bad to say about Kimberly Bennett. I finally found a doctor that listens and understand me !!!
Dr.Bennett is amazing. She actually cares and doesn’t just dismiss when you’re in pain even when it’s difficult to find out why at first. She keeps it real. I don’t understand how someone could not like her. Very happy she is my PCP.
Worst experience in my life. I took an appointment 15 days in advance and mentioned about chestpain. On the day of my appointment after I reached the front desk lady to checkin, she went inside and came back saying: "Doctor has asked you to go to ER!!!!! you are late 15 min, but anyways even if you would have arrived on time she would have done the same". I agree was late 15 min due to traffic. But, I did call the "office number" to check if I can still come. First it took so long to reach the representative, but when I got one, I got to know that she is not from office, she is a dmg central service desk. I told her to connect me to office, she tried and said it went unanswered, but she will inform the office by messaging. The call ended when I was in front of the elevator of the office. And after doing all this, the front desk person didnt even care to check if there is any way to help. If we can reschedule. If the doc was so concerned, why did she wait for 15 days to ask me to go ER? Also, as the appointment never happened, I cant even give this feedback to DMG. Guess what, in few days I get a call from the same office saying they cant refill my prescription without office visit! I havent seen a doctor so careless about a patients condition and prescription.

I saw Dr. Bennett for a routine checkup in November 2020. The visit itself was fine, but I didn't expect to be stuck in an endless year-long back and forth over billing mistakes. First, I asked during my appointment about a prescription that had run out. I didn't realize that doing so would lead to me being charged separately (this is partially my mistake for not knowing, but I have had other doctors who did not do this to me). I wish she would have told me because for a conversation that lasted all of two minutes, I was charged for an additional appointment. My original bill was unclear about this, so I had to call the office several times to get this detail clarified. Second (and even less excusable), I was billed for a test I didn't have done. I called the office several times, didn't hear back, until eventually my bill was sent to a collections agency almost a year after my initial appointment. Calling again about this finally led to the office sorting this bill out.
I have very complicated health needs both physically and psychiatrically. Dr. Bennett has been my primary care physician for about a decade. She has always been 100% in my corner and had addressed every single medical problem I've had. She is intelligent, thorough, compassionate, and extremely capable. I'm very grateful for everything she's done for me and continues to do for me.
dr.bennett was professional courteous and straightforward.i got my test and there was no delay.highly reccomend.tim guryn

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
