List of Krishna Sarada Bathina's Reviews
I would strongly recommend this doctor as she is so friendly, listens to all our concerns, explains each and every aspect very patiently.
I won’t go there, they will charge you for office visit even though you go for the physical yearly exam
This doctor seems to up-charge/referrals out for everything, I say this with kindness, not helpful to me or informative, or doesn't take my health concerns seriously when I voice them I tried for a year or two with this doctor, My doctor of 12yrs retired in 2020 and its been hard, I find myself being inconvenienced and misinformed and not taken seriously when addressing health concerns. If you want answers without being up-charged and outsourced and nickeled and dime this is not the doctor for you. With all due respect .
Dr. Bathina surpassed my hopes. I chose her as my PCP after having seen her on an emergency basis. She is extremely knowledgeable generally and with pharmacologicalatters I highly recommend her., a superb diagnostician
Dr. Bathina is excellent! Thorough and patient, sincerely polite and personable. Each visit is quick yet comprehensive and I look forward to having Dr. Bathina assist with managing my overall health.
Like some others, I did have a huge bill for an annual exam (which was fully covered under my insurance), which is apparently because of the issues I discussed with the doctor. The doctor did ask me if I had any other concerns and I talked about my digestive issues and told her that I had something like a corn on my foot. I did not know that those conversations would be charged. She did recommend an over the counter medicine for the digestive issue and did not even look at the issue on my foot. She simply said that, whatever I was doing right now should get rid of it. After 5 months, I had terrible pain in my foot and went to a different doctor who diagnosed that it was actually a 'plantar wart'. I had to take separate treatment to get rid of it. I am very disappointed with the doctor as well the DMG! I ended up paying a huge bill for nothing. Please let the patient know that there will be extra charges for the additional conversations you have.
She is amazing. She listened and took the time to figure out what was wrong, rather than blow me off as others had. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and has great relationships with patients. I was truly sad when I moved to another state and had to find a new doctor.
In my 60 plus years of medical doctor visit experiences, Dr. Bathina is one of a select few that I would give my highest recommendation. She combines broad and deep medical skills with excellent communication and care at a personal level. Dr. Bathina has been integral in maintaining my health, and also for other family members since we first visited her in 2004.
They did not charge correctly , I went for my annual physical which is 100% covered by my insurance i briefly told doctor about my back pain and they charged 30 min office visit for that. I called dupage claim department and they said i will be charged for office visit along with annual physical. Not a good practice. I sent email on the same day describing everything in detail on the email id mentioned in the reply to my comments, however no response or acknowledgement for the email.
Great primary care doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
