Dr. Delew is a great doctor, my problem is with Dupage Medical Group, dictating where I can have my Tests completed. They want to hored the money (example) they won't give Blue Cross The (AIM) authorization for me to go where ever I want to go. Dupage Medical Group is also know for holding all your results of test you have with them. There for keeping you and your medical records captive. I would find another Group and Doctor to work with. Too bad..

Dr. Delew decided he didn’t want my 93 year old mother as a patient any longer with no advance warning. She had been his patient for many years and was comfortable with him. Now she must get used to a new doctor who has no knowledge of her medical history. In my opinion, Dr. Delete acted in a highly unprofessional manner and I am hopeful another doctor will be available to treat my mom with more regard than Dr. Delew did. She only needed to see him for occasional visits twice a year or so. No reason or warning was given. Just that he didn’t want her as a patient any longer! Doctor, heal thyself!

One day I was feeling like I had the flu and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Delew. On his normal observation and testing he heard a click in my heart. So he sent me to CDH for an ultra sound test. I failed the exam, but he told me not to worry, they aren't alwasy conlusive. Lets follow up with an Echo Doppler test. I then went to the office to hear my results a week later. Dr. Delew told me that I had failed the test and that I would have a year or less to live if I didn't have mitro valve prolapse surgery. He recommended a famos surgeon who did a remarkable job! 8 years later I am doing fine and working out at the gym. To repair my mirtal valve, they inserted a ring. If Dr. Delew had either failed to listen to my heart, or failed to hear the click, I would not be alive today. My family needs me to support them and would be in a serios situation if I were not alive to support them.

Dr. reviewed my issues and referred me to a specialist. Agreed with diagnosis and taken it into account on all followup visits,even if problem unrelated.
