I am beyond disappointed with this office. So after waiting a month to see this specialist (Lena) Monday the 15th. Their office calls and tells me today, they are no longer taking out of network patients. I was like wait what? Your not out of network. She proceeded to say "because I do not have a primary doctor with their network I can not be seen. A new policy started a few weeks back." I told her, this appointment was set out a month ago, a week after appointment was set a new policy was changed and you are NOW calling me to let me know? This appointment was for a severe lower back injury. Their message, "Duly where the care of patients is our top priority" what a joke. I will NOT change my primary doctor just to see her. What a disappointment!!!

I made an appointment two months ago for neck pain and was told the day before my appointment that she doesn't treat neck pain. So unprofessional and a waste of my time.

The absolute most wonderful, kind, caring and top physician in pain management. Dr. Shahbandar is very patient and explains test results, options for treatment without just pain medication.

I was referred to Dr. Shahbandar by my PCP to rule out runners knee. She was very attentive and made me feel welcomed. I was very impressed with her bedside manners.

Took my mom in to see Dr. Shahbandar yesterday. My mom has been dealing with chronic back pain for the last 8 years even after a successful spine surgery. Let me simply sum up our experience by saying that: Dr. Shahbandar was AMAZING!!! Her concern and empathy shone through from the moment she walked in. This coupled with her approach to treat all of my mom's issues (severe pain; severely limited mobility; related mental pain and suffering) were all evident. We are blessed to have found her!!!!

I have appointment after mounts in here office I was 8 minutes late she don't take me than after twenty minutes here nurse's coming she said you late and let for surgery......she is not surgeon how ever I don't recommended to any one for here or this location
