I have a laundry list of sinus issues that were not handled appropriately in the past. So I went to see Dr Leonard Piazza. In just under a month, I finally now know what it's like to be able to breathe well. I cannot thank you and your staff enough for the huge positive change in my life. What an excellent surgeon.

I never write reviews, literally this is my first one, but I will make an exception for Dr. Piazza and his staff. Absolutely horrendous! Lady up front was super rude, condescending in tone, and the doctor was ill-prepared to have an intelligent conversation with me based upon my specific condition. He was rambling on-and-on about nothing specific to my case and made me feel like he could care less about what was going on with me. No, this guy will not be cutting me open. I gladly paid the $165 consultation fee to never see him or his staff again. Atrocious!

I’ve been seeing Dr.Piazza for a number of years now for my thyroid. He has always been very kind, answered all my questions, and never tried to rush me to do anything I wasn’t understanding or comfortable with. I will continue seeing him as long as he practices.

I took a chronic (meaning several years and other physicians) problem to Dr Piazza on a good friend’s recommendation. His very pleasant thoughtful attention and professionalism was reassuring. And he LISTENED with intent: plan made and problem solved! As a retired nurse, I was very impressed and would highly recommend Dr Piazza.

Dr Piazza is wonderful! I saw him for a large thyroid nodule biopsy and surgery to remove it. He was thorough in his explanations and answered all my questions. He has been doing surgeries for over 30 years and is a wonderful doctor.

I have always had excellent care at this office. I have been seeing Dr. Piazza for over 7 years for a couple of ENT issues, and he has always delivered thoughtful, careful diagnoses

Horrible experience. My son has cauliflower ear and his doctor said he needs to see an ENT today and that they will squeeze him in, knowing its urgent. When I called, I was told they do not make same day appointments. I explained he has cauliflower ear, but was told it didn't matter, they don't make same day appointments.

Dr Leonard was on call, answered our questions about ear infection and put us at ease for the night. Will be following up in the am.

Very bad bedside manner with my 8 year old daughter. Front staff was cold and rude, too. My daughter was afraid and in tears and they did nothing to console or make her feel more comfortable. Dr. Piazza was immediately frustrated and decided to send her into surgery, which made her cry more. I'm going to take her to a pediatric ENT and will not return to this practice. UPDATE: Took my daughter to a pediatric ENT and spoke to her pediatrician and was told he never should have attempted the removal of the ear tube while she was awake! One wrong move and he could have cause damage to her eardrum. Not only that, but it would have been extremely painful for my little girl. I'm furious!
