As a medical practice, it is imperative to provide excellent service, genuine hospitality, and superb care. While Dr. Piazza is highly experienced and knowledgeable in his field, it is his staff that make this office lackluster. My mother came to Dr. Piazza for some ENT related issues she had. Later, when needing important documents signed and returned from the office, she was treated very disrespectfully by Jennifer. This staff member had the audacity to accuse my mother of committing fraud and blamed her for the severe pain she has to deal with, all while giving teenager-grade attitude. Although it would be great to see Dr. Piazza again and have my mom as his patient, it will not be possible because of the lack of hospitality and basic kindness of his staff.

Seen on time by Dr Len Piazza (we have used him for ENT family issues in past). The audiologist also performed a hearing test & my hearing was fine. Still no clue tho what may be source of the bilateral tinnitus.
