PLEASE do not go here! Your child is worth so much better. This practice is HUGE and money hungry. They employ very rude and condescending staff...nurses are completely judgmental and wait times in excess of an hour! Yes, an hour! Frequently! Waiting rooms have zero separation of the sick vs well visit kiddos. This practice has shown over and over they pride themselves in #s and $ over client patient centered care. It is like a cattle call of next, next, next....double booking and little time to chat...and when you do talk w the support staff, nurses, drs they are mean and judging. Shots are horrible...bc they take no time to build rapport w the kids...they just run in. Stab them and leave! I have amazing insurance and am sooo happy to have LEFT.

I didn't have a good experience with dr Martin. She didn't listen carefully to what I want to say about my son. I had questions about my son's developmental delays .she checked him in less than 5 minutes and said he is fine. Then I asked her about his eczema as he was itching too much. I was going to ask her for some medicine for that but her answer was..... '' you know what I have other patients waiting for me. You have to make another appointment if you have other concerns.'' So that means I have to see my son scratching himself miserably until next appointment. And guess what my son was diagnosed with physical developmental delays by child and family connection as I didn't believe the dr and called child and family connections.
