I am highly recommend this doctor she is very knowledgeable and very nice taking and listening to the patient, really good family doctor so far
AVOID THIS DOCTOR. Did a video visit for a stye-was given an ointment prescription. A few days after appointment I sent a message asking if it was normal for the stye to spread while using ointment..told her everything I was doing and if there was anything more I should do/use the ointment more often. She and her nurses refused to answer any questions. They wanted me to make ANOTHER appointment in order to answer any questions about something SHE PRESCRIBED.. for something I had already been seen for. So I contacted Duly about it and a WEEK LATER they call me (only because I contacted help at Duly) still refusing to answer questions. They also sent me a message flat out LYING saying the doctor followed up with me/answered my questions when she did not. All I was told was in order for them to respond I would need another appointment. This doctor is greedy & the nurses lie to cover themselves. If you need help after the appointment or have prescription questions afterward don’t expect to be helped! I’ve never experienced this for any other doctor I’ve seen. Went to an actual eye doctor after this, and he told me to warm compress more frequently than I was and it has cleared up nicely. If this doctor had actually talked to me, she could have easily told me to do that, but she’s money hungry.
My experience with this doctor was below average. I had a video visit which lasted 2.5 minutes and she charged me for a full office visit. There was no level of care or advice given. I recommend NOT seeing this doctor as patient care is not her number one priority.
I scheduled an appointment and followed up with an email to confirm she would be able to put the script in for my colonoscopy since I am 45. The answer was yes. I had to wait online for 15 minutes only to find out she would NOT be able to. I needed to see yet another doctor(gerontologist) and then I could schedule the colonoscopy. A complete waste of time and money. When I inquired about the email that specifically asked about this, I was told it must be a miscommunication and I would indeed be charged for this unproductive and very unnecessary visit.
I visited Dr. Mahvish Hamid on 12/19/22 for cold/flu and earache symptoms (fever, chills, runny nose, body aches, earaches). She seemed very rushed and disinterested. She did not check my throat or ears. She was rude and rushed me out the door by telling me no less than three times that she was needing to go on break. The follow notes in mychart were non-existent other than to go to the ER if symptoms get worse. I would highly recommend seeing any other doctor than Dr. Mahvish Hamid.
Very compassionate and thorough. I have taken my kids to her as well and she is very detailed and doesn't rush like most doctors I have seen. Highly recommend her
Very rude. Terrible experience with this doctor. One of the worst I’ve ever had. She shouldn’t be in the business of caring for people’s well-being. I don’t recommend her at all. Save yourself the time and money.
I just finished my video visit with Dr. Hamid, she was on the call for no more than a minute and thirty seconds. I told her my two symptoms & she immediately prescribed me a medication no more than 5 seconds later. She was impersonal and it felt more like a drive-thru order than a doctor's visit.
Horrible experience with this doctor. She should not be helping people. Very rude. Made me feel very awkward. I strongly do not recommend her
Very rude. No empathy. She was very late to my appointment. Dr Mahvish was cold and short with me. She should not be treating people. I strongly do not recommend her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
