Dr Franklin is one of the best internists I've ever visited. I am lucky I found him when I moved to the area. He listens carefully, he actually believes his patients when they tell him their symptoms, he familiarizes himself with the patient's history, and in general, I find him to be a wonderful doctor. I never have a problem getting a timely appointment, and once there, I never feel rushed. He gets an A+ from me!

I would like to leave a review for Dr. Malcom Franklin. Dr. Franklin has an amazing bedside manner and I would consider him a huge asset to your organization, DuPage Medical Group. From the initial point of contact Dr. Franklin was attentive, knowledgeable, and considerate. I absolutely give him a five star rating!

If you are the kind of person, as I am, that has "white coat syndrome" to the extreme, then Dr. Franklin is the kind of MD you want to see. He is soft spoken, very encouraging, and non-judgemental. Of all the doctors I go to see (other doctors, dentists, chiropractors, etc.) he is the easiest with which to get an appointment. If you need to see a doctor, then this is the guy.
