Ignored my calls and messages and refused to treat me even though my condition was already well established. All while I was out of medication and in the middle of a flare up. Negligent.

Most of us have been referred to a specialist from our gp because we need special care. Dr Codo treats her practice like a patient factory, she should NOT take new patients, she should take better care of her existing patients. It is difficult to get an appointment then after you see her once and are trying to work on your diabetes with her, she pawns you off onto her NP, for future visits. if you email her it is hit and miss on whether or not you will actually get a response. ( It has been 6 days since my last email and their ap tells you if it has been read, my email was read and ignored. I asked a question about a medication she put me on. I wish I could give 0 stars, I will be looking for a new specialist.

Let me preface this by saying that these reviews for Dr. Codo that talk about her office staff are problematic. If someone is looking for a good doc and sees that Dr. Codo has two stars, they're not going to go look further. They just won't see her, and they'll miss out on incredible care. If you have a problem with the office staff take it up with the practice. Don't punish the doctor. More than likely she didn't hire her staff. DMG is a big corporation. Dr. Codo is kind, compassionate, and a tremendously talented physician. I could not be more grateful for her care and consider myself extremely fortunate to have her on my care team.

I've been seeing Dr De Herrera-Codo for years. This was supposed to be my 1st visit at the new office. Her front desk cancelled my appt since I was a little late due to traffic. Glad I drove up here for nothing after working all night

Dr codo is a great Dr who helped me treat me great locations and we'll trained staff and nurses who seem to always be there if you have a question or need help
