Very dissatisfied with Dr. Purkey in our 5 minute appointment he did not address any of the issues & concerns, he did not ask if I had any questions and provided no insight as well as no solution.

He did not address any of my issues. He suggested I go online and look for forums about tonsil stones. He had no answers to any of my questions, asked if I wanted my tonsils removed and then proceeded to give me his card and tell me to call him if I ever have an ear infection and need medication. Terrible experience.

Did not address any of my needs. He told me to “look at online forums for advice on how to deal with tonsil stones.” He also told me he had no idea what causes them and that he has heard other people use water picks. He then asked me if I wanted my tonsils removed (I am 34) and I said absolutely not. In the 10 minutes I spent with him he provided me with no answers. He did give me his card and told me if I ever have an ear infection or if my symptoms get worse to give him a call. It was a complete waste of my time and I still have no answers to my tonsil pain, ear pain or anything else.
