Bad experience with frond desk they told me yes they accept new patient and then once we transfered everything from my previous dr. The front end people said no we do not take new patient.

Great staff. My grandson love going there. He is 9 and the medical staff make the experience as fun (and less painful - shots) as possible.

I have been with Dr. Reicherts for over 12 years (since my son was almost 1). The reason I went with him was because every nurse I asked to at Edwards, said they would only trust their children to Dr. Reicherts. Without a doubt, he is a great, caring doctor. He has an equally great staff. I will never trust my children with any other practice. They also respect our time because they are always on-time.

I can't say enough great things about Dr Reicherts! My son loved him so much! He was in his late 20's when he had to find an ADULT doctor. He spent so much time answering EVERY question I had. Took all my crazy calls when I over reacted. His patience is never ending. He has become a friend to my son and I. It was painful having to leave do to my son's age. I don't think I'll ever trust a doctor the way I trusted Dr. Reicherts!

We love the staff at Milestone Pediatrics. Dr. Reicherts was our pediatrician when our first child was born and he still is 17 years later! All the pediatricians and nurse practitioners on staff are wonderful. Everyone is courteous and professional. They take their time with your child and answer all your questions. I've never had to wait long at any appointment. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else.

I have been taking my kids here for about 8 years ALL of the Doctors and Nurse practitioners are wonderful here! I drive 35 minutes to take my kids here because I love their practice so much. I never have a problem getting an appointment and all of the staff are very personable. Not sure about the poster that said they didn't like Lori. We love seeing her. She always makes the kids feel at ease when they are sick and she is great at listening. She has never been rude to us.

Horribly rude nurse practitioner named Lori Strasberg. Twice I was called by her about upcoming appointments and grilled in a very rude way about my children's previous vaccinations and treated extemely punitively for rescheduling appointments due to not wanting to bring in a sick toddler with my older children and no babysiter to watch him at home. Lori needs some sensitivity training, she's awful! Love the other practitioners but will be going somewhere else to avoid the nastiness. The practice needs better representatives to deal with the public.

Great group of pediatricians and nurse practitioners. They are always available for questions, even after hours.

Dr. Reichert has been my son's doctor for 11 years and we still LOVE him! Before my son was born, we interviewed several doctors and when we talked to him, we immediately knew he was the one. My husband and I have been beyond happy ever since. In addition, Dr. Reichert has a team of doctors and nurses that work at the practice and they are all fantastic (Milestone Pediatrics). Like the other reviewer said, they are everything a practice should be. My son loves Dr. Reichert too.

I would recommend any of the Dr's at that practice in a heartbeat! They have truly made me feel comfortable, my children cared for and I trust them completely! They listen and care. You will NEVER NOT get a call back same day. They are everything a pediatric practice should be!
