I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Basko, this was my first appointment with her and she was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I felt like all of my concerns were acknowledged and addressed.

It was my first time there. I only waited 5 minutes. Doctor explained the diagnosis, treatment and answered my questions. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

I can't say enough about how pleased and glad I went to Basko Dermatology. Everyone from the office staff, the assistants, and the doctors, both Dr.Godinez & Dr. Basko were terrific. Dr Godinez was thorough doing the exam while taking time to explain everything as she went along. But, most of all she didn't rush and took time to listen to any questions I had, and answered them. Dr. Basko saw me on an emergency basis, and even though I wasn't her patient fitted me into her schedule on a Friday evening after 5 pm. She too performed the procedure multiple times ensuring that it was properly completed. She made me feel comfortable, even though that was the first time meeting her. She then said if anything happened to call tomorrow (Saturday), and she would be in the office from 8am til noon. On Saturday her assistant called me at 8:25 am to see how I was doing. What a great, professional, and caring place. Thank you

Unlike another place in Naperville who cancelled us upon arrival because they didn’t understand the insurance, basko Accepted Medicare as full payment. I was impressed with the efficiency of staff and knowledge of the pa. She knew right away how to treat issue

Terrible, a long list of what they don’t do, they don’t do chemical peels, they don’t use lasers, they don’t do dermabrasion, no thing except filler.

Very pleasant staff from the minute you walk in. Dr Basko is very knowledgeable, personable and professional, in other words ... simply AWESOME! The procedure was quick and very efficient. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr Basko is the most proficient, patient and polite physician I have encountered in my nearly 80 years. The staff are as caring as they are efficient. The office procedures are exemplary; everything that’s going to happen is explained in advance, and after-care instructions are clear and in writing. Absolutely stellar care from the best dermatology practice in my many years of experience.
