My son had an ear tube procedure here in Dec 2022. Every thing went well until the surgery was over and the kid was brought back to the recovery room. After which the center did not give him sufficient time to recover and we were asked to leave when he was crying in big pain. This is unacceptable behavior from the nursing staff there. We were told that they go by the protocol but it was not humane to 4 year old who was in a lot of pain.

Posting this 2 hours after my 16 month old son had his ear tube surgery Couldn't be happier with each and everybody at the center They were friendly, kind and extremely gentle with my little one. Made the process smooth for us

My daughter had surgery June 2022 and everyone was so nice and attentive! I really appreciate all of them. Also, a special shout out to Cara (spelling?) in billing who was so nice and helpful. Customer care top notch!!
