Very rude and dismissive. Never laid a hand on me. I definitely would not recommend

After seeing Dr. Svingen, I am appalled at his bedside manner and treatment of my mother. Throughout our stay in the emergency room, a 6 and a half hour stay, we saw him a total of 2 times. each time he was rude and dismissive to her problems, got her diagnosis wrong due to a lack of listening skills and then had the nerve to tell her nothing was wrong. We were discharged and went to another emergency knowing something was wrong and found out my mother was having kidney stones and needed surgery. they found this out by looking at the lab tests we had printed from the other hospital. This man knowingly discharged an ill patient and had the gall to act like nothing was wrong with her. this was unacceptable.
