I unexpectedly had to change health insurance just before my scheduled final surgery. Upon giving the office my new info, they immediately cancelled my appointments and procedure, didn't even try to bother working with me on anything.

When I met the Doctor for the first time, I knew that i had come to the right person. He put me at ease and answered all my questions. The surgery went off well. When i had doubts, he called me back. I am glad that I found the right doctor.

First met dr. Lyons in the ER when I was diagnosed with Hydro for gnosis due to a blocked ureter he's a great doctor listens answers all your question and is very patient but his office at Rickert they're very unprofessional and rude at the front desk and on the phone whoever answers the phones they are very rude

Dr Lyon took such great care of me when I went to Edward Hospital Emergency Room with kidney stones. He even stayed and did my surgery at 1am to remove a stone obstructing my ureter and urine flow from my kidney. And while taking care of that immediate problem, he also went in to the kidney and removed other stones that would have caused me problems in the future. Thanks, Dr Lyon!

Dr. Lyon was concerned and compassionate during a difficult cancer diagnosis. His bedside manner was exceptional and his willingness to spend time answering questions and exploring all options. Wonderful and skilled surgeon. Highly recommend.

Horrible. After waiting a month to get an appointment, I sat in the examination room for an hour. The nurse said that she did't understand what was taking so long. 25 minutes later, still no doctor. No other patients in the waiting room and only one other patient in an exam room. He obviously thinks that his time is more valuable than anyone else's. The admin a the front desk could have cared less, she is incompetent. Consult = He gets to charge for an unnecessary appointment.
