Booked appointment for 6 pm today for my son. There were just 2 patients before me. But I was seen by the doctor at 7:30 pm. Seriously? I had to wait for 1 1/2 hrs? Its not an Urgent care.
I came here a year ago for a COVID test. i was charged $75 after insurance even though I was told on the phone that testing was free. I never received a phone call or email with results and had no help from staff. After spending so much time trying to dispute with insurance why I was charged, I am extremely angry with the fact that I payed $75 for nothing.
By far the best urgent care facility I've ever ever been to. I am beyond thrilled with how convenient it was and how wonderful the experience was for my 2 year old. Will definitely return should(when) the need arises again!!!
Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience. They canceled adult covid testing after booking appointments and without any notification.
I made an appt for my kids for Covid tests through SoLv app and My husband brought them there. The staff member told him that it’s a full check up plus Covid tests for each kid and that they need a card on file just in case the insurance doesn’t cover the visit. My husband corrected them that it was only a Covid test. They still insisted so my husband just cancelled it because we’ve had Covid tests done in the past at other immediate care facilities and never have they asked for a card on file. I also pre-checked in both kids and uploaded the insurance information on the app with the photo of the card included and they still asked for the insurance info at check in. So my husband cancelled and left. I took them to Kids urgent care the following day in Wheaton and they just did the test, even saw the doctor to check them real quick, and they didn’t ask for a credit card or anything else. They also did both the rapid and regular PCR test. So I will never take my kids to PM pediatrics again.
We were denied care on 12/24. Very in professional people working there. I would stay away from this care if possible
Never going there again. I scheduled an appointment, but then had to wait in the car for literally 90 minutes before we were texted to come in, the whole time watching a digital wait list that had people disappearing and then reappearing in front of us.We were told by the nurse and the PA (I asked each separately) that we could not have the covid test results automatically faxed to the anesthesiologist, but that if I called into the office after the test results were ready I could get them sent. Two days later, I've never gotten a digital invite to their patient portal (yes, I checked my junk mail folder, and I know they have my e-mail address because I have an e-mail confirming the appointment), so I call to ask about his results and to get them faxed. Three attempts to navigate the phone menu, eventually I get to someone who can tell me the results, but won't fax them. I tell her that I was told it can be done, and she says the doctor must have been wrong. I ask to be transferred to the office where it was done, and she claims that the call will probably be dropped, and that she will just e-mail the results instead.I insist that she transfer the call anyway, and connect to a guy who again tells me that they can't fax it, and to check the patient portal. I tell him that that I was told twice it was possible, and he says he is going to talk to his supervisor, because they shouldn't have told me that. I try to explain that even if I get access to the results on a digital portal, I do not have a FAX MACHINE at home, and that the information I have from the anesthesiologist specifically asked for results to be faxed. He did eventually ask for the fax number and said he will send it, but at this point I'm not sure I believe him.
Went in, seemed fine. Seemed like a nice place but the staff weren't welcoming at all. Took a while to be seen but when I finally was they did two tests, no questions just tests. Tested my urine, then forced me to get my blood sugar checked. Did not do anything right in the slightest. They told me I had to go to the hospital, mentioned kidney failure, diabetes or some other thing. Their test was incorrect.Even the doctor at the hospital said they were stupid. Complete waste of time, money, and stressed me out over their own incompetence. Rude and stupid, A poor combination. Would never go again or recommend. Idk bout them but if I was in the medical field and a hospital doctor said I couldn't be more incorrect and that I was stupid I would be quite embarrassed.Don't bring kids that are scared of doctors, I'll tell you this now, they make it worse. Not sure how they thought pediatrics was a correct field for them, but sure doesn't seem like it. Don't work with kids if you don't know how to help them. Maybe they are nicer to young kids, but teens, no. Only nice thing I can say is that they were open the latest, 10 pm, and had some drinks available in a mini fridge along with coffee. Not good drinks, but they were free. Also a pretty looking office, sadly I wasn't going in to look at decor or for a free juice.
We had a great experience. I will not hesitate coming back in the future!!
Everything is good. Everyone is good. Thanks for your help.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
