I’ve had Crohn’s disease for about 20 years and been through many different gi doctors. Dr. Mettu is by far the best one he actually takes his time with your condition discusses it with you and what’s your best option not just throw meds at you and treats you like just another number. His assistant Trish is very nice and helpful and they are a big part of the reason I’m still here today. Thanks for everything Dr. Mettu and staff a true blessing.

We have been working with Dr. Praveen Mettu & the staff at Midwest Endoscopy Center & Suburban Gastroenterology for many years now. Dr. Mettu is very personable and professional. He takes time to explain the health condition and how to adopt a healthy life style. We walk away with top notch patient care and most importantly peace of mind. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable as well. Thank you to the entire team.

First of all, I give Dr. Mettu a 5. He's very good and patient to explain things to me and prescribe the tests. However, this office is terrible. One month after spending over $2000 for a test, and also after I left 4 messages, including talked to office assistants twice, still no nurse get back to me to explain me the questions I have toward my test results. What's the point to go to see a doctor and also go to have tests done but at the end you do not understand the test result? I don't think I would go to this office for further appointments or tests anymore. The non-doctor related service is terrible.
