Dr. Seo was great and the staff were friendly. Both times I was in and out quite quickly with minimal waiting. We had a nice conversation while he did the procedure. Initially I was hesitant because he has some low reviews but he had the earliest availability so I went with him. Glad I did.

My experience with him is not very pleasant. Consulted him for my kidney stone issue to take a suggestion. I felt that he is more commercial that giving options and recommendations, the reason for that when he looked at my X-ray and City scan reports he recommended immediately 'ureteroscope' treatment which is more complex than other treatments for the 5 mm thickness stone. Also, he is impatient and hurries to finish rather than answer my questions. Finally, I decided to make an appointment with another doctor and he gave me all options and explained the situation. I felt that more comfortable and saw the difference.

I did NOT have a good experience with this doctor or his office. I didn't care for his bedside manners at all. I spent more time waiting to be seen then I spent with the doctor. I do NOT recommend him at all. Do yourself a favor and look for a better more caring doctor.

If you want to be treated like a number instead of a human go here. No compassion, no professionalism, no response to questions asked, constant phone tag, and at no point has anyone asked how I was feeling. Find a new place

Dr Soe is the doctor of choice dont let the review world of loose opinions fail the system. Look at the hard facts and if you do you will see that Dr Soe is pretty much as good as it gets. Attentive and produces results. I see do tours for many health issues and seen prior meaningless reviews and just wanted to make it clear. I would not star you wrong I have no reason. David
