Dr. Banas is an excellent ENT specialist; she helped me hear and smell better. She cares about her patients and even answered MyChart questions weekend or late evening. I feel fortunate to have her treat my ear problems.

This review is for the office of Ms.Bana I was given a referral To see Sandra Bana from the ER.Mary the nurse was beyond rude to me and didn’t want to help me made me feel like I was bothering her! I went through a horrific car accident no directions in ER for follow up clueless on this process and here’s the rude nurse she made me feel like it was too late to help me! it’s been 3 weeks so I guess I’m Too late for help! rather than her seeing options she just pretty much said we can’t help you. Please remember everyone is going through something and the experience I just had there was no reason to be that way and just go on and on how it’s too late for me etc….This is all new to me the accident the steps after!! you Mary were no help nurse’s are suppose to be comforting and help not have “we can’t help you attitude “ your too late! Thanks a lot now I don’t know what to do next!

She is horrible. Just wrote me a prescription for something I didn’t have and then left the room. Was truly an odd interaction. Doesn’t listen or communicate well at all. I had to find a different doctor. Truly a waste of time.

Dr. Sandra is a top notch professional physician who cares about her craft and patients. She really want you to be well and able to enjoy life. Really surprised she's not a top 10 physician in this field. Dr. Sandra really knows the ends and outs of this field. I would highly recommend this sexy physician.

Dr. Banas is truly an incredible ENT. I saw her as a second opinion for surgery after seeing another ENT regularly, and decided to go with her for my surgery once it was determined on all fronts surgery was what I needed. I’m so glad I did because I felt immediately more comfortable with her demeanor, the way she answered my questions, and she did not make me feel embarrassed for being afraid in pre-op. Her bedside manner is great, the surgery went really well and my recovery went as smoothly as I could have imagined which is huge as normally my body does not heal very quickly or without many complications. Dr. Banas absolutely, without a doubt, knows her stuff and will take great care of you. Her office staff is also very polite and professional!!

I have been struggling for a few years now with my sinuses. For almost the past two years I have pretty much lost all sense of taste and smell and I have been getting worsening and completely crippling migraines more frequently. I have seen 4 different ENT's from different groups and after numerous different treatment courses and attempts to alleviate my symptoms I never seemed to get any better. After a few months and no progress, I would switch to a new ENT to take a similar treatment process, mostly consisting of different nasal sprays, to no avail. FINALLY I decided to give it one last attempt before just dealing with it and I found Dr. Sandra Banas. I am so thankful that I have! I was immediately comfortable with her. She took the time to listen to everything that I had going on and talked me through different ways to approach my sinus issues. We tried a few things but finally reached the decision for surgery. I had SEPTOPLASTY WITH BILATERAL SUBMUCOSAL TURBINATE RESECTION, BILATERAL MAXILLARY ANTROSTOMY, BILATERAL PARTIAL ETHMOIDECTOMY, BILATERAL FRONTAL BALLOON SINUPLASTY (yes, I copied and pasted that!). Dr. Banas was very informative about what to expect during surgery and recovery. Its been a month now since I've had the procedure and I cannot say enough wonderful things. My after surgery care has been incredible. Dr. Banas leaves no stone un turned and the surgery was one of the best things I have ever done. No more pressure in my head, no more migraines, and I smell and TASTE food again! I can breathe better and my husband is grateful that I no longer snore at night. While the recovery was tough immediately after the results were well worth it. Thank you Dr. Banas and her team as well for the exceptional care.
