Dr. Flais is the most kind, caring, and compassionate doctor I’ve seen before. She would always take time in my appointments to check in with me just beyond symptoms and well checks. She is easy to find a connection with and the easiest doctor I’ve been able to talk to. Every appointment is judgement free and I am never afraid to ask any questions with her. I could not recommend her enough!!!

Dr. Flais is very friendly, knowledgeable precise and age appropriate. She has helped us many times and is always willing to go the extra mile for you and your child.

I been bring my kids to Dr. Shelly Flais since my oldest daughter was 6.Getting to that really quickly she was the most influential doctor and personal doctor for my daughter. She was already diagnosed with Asthma when meet her and kicked right into gear. She started a plan and doctors that perfect fit. Unfortunately she had a very severe case of asthma and she passed in 2019. She was extremely compassionate. My son was like 1 now 16 and she is very amazing with him. He had the biggest fear of needles and usually the doctor don’t come into help but because developed a relationship Dr. Flais was able to distract him with her flasher. My daughter was 10 weeks early when she was born. They was not hopeful but when I brought her to Dr. Flais she gave my very great plan and she now a thriving 7 year ahead of schedule. She has been the best to me as well by helping me navigating through the loss of my daughter. The care she has provided for my son and the amazing plan she set up for Ava for her to be ahead of schedule. So when I read these comments I don’t think you taking about the same .Dr. Flais I know. She amazing and I never feel Ed rushed when we come see her. They never have the same appointment so she focus on the child that need to visit but she always fine time to ask how we are doing as well.

Great Doctor! Knows her stuff and takes the time to listen to you. I always know my daughters are in great hands when they need to see her.

Dr. Flais is an EXCELLENT pediatrician. My family has been seeing her since my first daughter was born 9 years ago She always takes the time to talk about any concerns and always makes me feel at ease. She has also recommended me to specialists in the area that were also excellent doctors. I cannot recommend her enough.

Dr. Flais is wonderful. She sees my 8 and 2 year old nephews. She was so patient with them and answered all of my questions. She addressed my developmental and behavioral concerns regarding both of them and worked with me to get the right medication regiment to address my nephews ADHD. Thank you Dr. Flais for helping us to feel cared for and heard.

For 13 years, when I have a question about my kids’ health, I consult Dr. Shelly Flais. She is a brilliant Pediatrician, who is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. She has an amazing rapport with the kids, is compassionate, and easy to talk with. To be blunt, Dr. Flais is wonderful. We highly recommend her!

As a foster and adoptive parent (starting over as my bio children are all adults) you often feel isolated, lonely and unheard. However, Dr. Flais has been nothing but amazing to me and all my children that I bring her way. Although she is apart of a practice I personally ask for Dr. Flais because I feel like she just gets it! Additionally, we are met with such love, care and compassion every single visit!

Dr. Flais is hands down the best pediatrician I have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable, realistic, and patient. She shows parents and kids much compassion.

Dr. Flais has been my daughter’s pediatrician for 10 years. She is as professional and caring as they come. I highly recommend her.
