She talked down to me and talked to me like I was undereducated. I am not sure if this is because I am young. She falsely claimed in an after visit summery that I refused to change my current medication. If she had listened to me, instead of talking over me many times, she would’ve have heard that I asked for a refill while I am trying to get set up with a specialist. I tried to repeat my concerns many times and she said “It seems we have EXHAUSTED this conversation.” I will never go here again. She wanted to put me on a different medication that she did not educate me about and in the same category of previous medications I have taken that did not work for me. I do not trust this person for my health. She wouldn’t even let me speak more than a few words here and there. It seems that she already had an idea of what I needed before even speaking to me.

The physician never calls back. She ordered extensive blood work to monitor my thyroid and it is 3 weeks since the results were received. I called the office to be put on hold for 45 minutes. A nurse finally answered the phone and said the doctor has not reviewed the results. I'm not going to see a new doctor.

She has such a sweet disposition. She appeared genuinely concerned about my condition and talked through her treatment plan and answered any questions. I loved her.

Dr Nedumgottil is great. She takes time to listen to your concerns and explains the treatment and why she chose it. She is genuinely concerned for her patients. I would recommend her to anyone!
