Dr Stephanie is upbeat & friendly that puts you at ease the moment she comes into the room. You can sense she cares about your concerns. She will tell you all the possibilities, then take your input and allows you to make the choice. Wish her well on her leave of absence.

First visit there. Both Dr Kazantsev and Nurse Jessica were excellent !!! Busy office, but seems well coordinated, waiting time was reasonable.

I was very pleased with my appointment today with Dr Kazantsev. She was warm, friendly and took her time to explain thoroughly my medical problem. The nurse with her was pleasant too. Overall I am fully satisfied with my visit.

Dr. Kazantsev was very nice, thorough & caring. She took time to go over things well & made sure all of my questions were addressed. I highly recommend her!

Waited about 30 mins for the dr. Then she came in and was very quick, curt, cold and rude. She told me “you are moley, you will likely have melanoma.” I mean who says that? No compassion whatsoever. I had brought up a sensitive topic - hair loss and was met by such a lack of sensitivity it was alarming. I was scared by the time I left because she immediately said it could be an “aggressive” form of alopecia. Like come on! She didn’t explain anything further and answered that it’s “no less relaxing than having two kids” when I asked if the biopsy would be painful. I would not recommend her. I feel like my skin check was half done. It was the least thorough skin check I’ve ever had. She prescribed 3 medications and barely explained what they were or what they were for, so I’m just not going to use them? Paying to get a second skin check and opinion at another practice tomorrow. I will never go back.
